Bringing Strong start for on-site exchange, learning and technology
With the first TECH Roadshow of the T&I team, we have successfully established a new format in the organization. Within just a few days, we were able to record a total of 251 visitors at four locations and 676 participants in 61 lectures and workshops – a strong signal of the high level of interest in technology, exchange and further development within the company.
The kick-off and framework were a joint opening by our CEO Sidharth Yadav and CTO Martin Meinshausen as well as a total of four Q&A sessions with representatives of the management. These offered space for direct exchange, insights into strategic topics and the opportunity to discuss questions openly.
Content: Wide range from architecture to AI
The TECH Roadshow specifically addressed a wide range of topics – from software architecture and IT operations to modern AI approaches and product development.
The focus was, among other things:
This deliberately created a mix of technical deep dive, practical experience and orientation for different levels of experience.
A special feature was the involvement of Microsoft as a partner for in-depth sessions around GitHub Copilot – an important contribution to the technical depth and external perspective.
Strong commitment from the T&I team
The majority of the sessions and workshops were designed directly by colleagues from the T&I team. This commitment is particularly noteworthy:
The implementation of over 60 lectures and workshops at four locations represents a considerable additional service and impressively shows the commitment and aspiration with which the team contributes to the further development of the organization.
The roadshow was thus entirely in line with the T&I Mission Statement:
"Empower every person and every team in the organization to achieve more."
Conclusion
The first TECH Roadshow has achieved its goal: It has made technology tangible, promoted exchange and provided concrete impulses for everyday work.
With a good turnout, high content quality and great commitment from the team, it is a successful start to a format with future potential.
