On June 2, 2026, the InterCOOLtural Summit took place under the theme “From ME to WE”—an event dedicated to collaboration across cultural and geographical boundaries. The event brought together employees from different countries and perspectives and provided a space for exchange, inspiration, and concrete ideas.
Around 350 participants followed the summit via livestream at times, while approximately 75 guests actively participated in the program on-site in Braunschweig. This hybrid format made international collaboration immediately tangible and enabled broad participation across locations.
The event then focused on interactive breakout sessions. Working in smaller groups, participants developed concrete approaches to further improve intercultural collaboration. The hybrid format, featuring both in-person and remote sessions, fostered direct exchange and reflected the reality of modern, distributed teams. The ideas generated were then presented and evaluated collectively. Particularly promising initiatives will now be pursued and developed in greater detail in the coming weeks.
On-site in Braunschweig, the exchange continued after the official program concluded. A shared intercultural lunch provided an opportunity for conversation in a relaxed atmosphere and highlighted the diversity of the cultures represented.
Another highlight of the program was a fishbowl discussion with members of the executive board. In this open dialogue format, participants were able to actively engage, share their perspectives, and ask questions. This direct exchange among equals provided valuable insights for future collaboration.
The InterCOOLtural Summit has once again demonstrated the potential of diverse, international collaboration. The insights and ideas gained form an important foundation for further developing joint working methods and launching sustainable initiatives.
